Paul A. Moore

Mr. Moore has over 27 years’ experience in investing, acquiring, and advising emerging-growth companies across multiple sectors including Telecom, Media, Hospitality, Distribution and Energy. Mr. Moore has founded, co-founded or was an early advisor-investor to numerous entities including, ICG Telecom Group, Firstcom (merged assets with ATT Latin America), Rate Exchange (electronic bandwidth exchange) and Worldport Communications.

Edward Mooney

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, DIRECTOR, CORPORATE SECRETARY

Mr. Mooney has 25 years of experience in all facets of corporate development for publicly-traded companies and privately-held ventures and investments including finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, investor relations, and regulatory compliance. He has served as an advisor, consultant, board member and officer of numerous early-stage companies in numerous industry segments, including retailing, transportation, financial services, telecommunications, multimedia, and education.

William Cooper

SENIOR VP - OPERATIONS

William Cooper was the assistant to the CEO of New World Networks in charge of Business Development. New World Networks, the builder of the ARCOS-1 Caribbean subsea fiber optic system. ARCOS-1, is a self-protected ring, which spans 8,000+Km, serves 15 countries and has 20+ landing stations. ARCOS-1 and New World were subsequently purchased by the Columbus cable group. Mr. Cooper’s primary responsibility was to develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CEO/CTO/CIO level executives at targeted firms, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution.

Since 2000, Mr. McCann has served as Chairman and CEO of Nielsen Media Research International, a global business spanning more than 40 countries, offering television and radio audience measurement, advertising information, print readership and customized media research services.

Eric Bazil

Eric Bazil’s career can be defined by the trust and partnerships he’s developed over his 25 years of experience working with private clients and investors to develop comprehensive wealth strategies. Mr. Bazil has developed an exceptional network of investment professionals spanning China, India, Europe, and the US. In 1991 he moved to Los Angeles to work with the Merrill Lynch Private Client Group, concentrating his activities on domestic investments and asset management for private and corporate investors. From early 1999 to September 2013, Mr. Bazil worked for Citi Private Bank, originally based in its London office and then moving to the New York office in 2000. Throughout his tenure at Citi, Eric managed funds for high net worth offshore clients, principally from the Middle East. During his years with Citi, Eric gained extensive experience in a number of investment and banking disciplines, ranging from private equity to lending.

Erick Contag

Mr. Contag is Executive Chairman of GlobeNet, the leading, fastest growing and most awarded wholesale telecom service provider in Latin America with 23,500 km of undersea optical fiber. Previously Mr. Contag held executive positions in the U.S. and Latin America, including founder and CEO of a leading systems integration firm and CTO of a wireless service provider. He has served on Boards of multiple companies and organizations.

Robert Richman

STRATEGIC CAPITAL ADVISOR

Mr. Richman is a proven capital formation partner and advisor with senior management at GigNet, Inc., having participated in several past telecom transactions that have resulted in significant shareholder return for investors. These include WorldPort Communications, Inc., which was acquired by Energies UK, and InterAmericas Communications Company, which later became AT&T Latin America. More recently, Mr. Richman funded and operated Be Green Packaging, which was later sold to global private equity firm Riverside Company, and Briefservice.com, the largest digital legal brief archive in the United States, which was subsequently acquired by Westlaw. Mr. Richman has funded companies from around the world and has sat on numerous private and public company boards.
